The Objective

Ballou was asked to support the PR activities of trivago in the run-up to, during and after its IPO on NASDAQ in December 2016 and to raise trivago’s profile with investors and potential employees in the German, UK and international media. 

The Campaign

Ballou helped trivago create a high impact campaign across Europe for its IPO. A team of six consultants in Germany and the UK worked closely with trivago’s communication and legal teams as well as external NASDAQ teams. We were able to raise the profile of Trivago’s founders in a post-IPO campaign in Germany and the UK and position them as visionary technology entrepreneurs.
