CoachHub called on the expertise of Ballou France to raise CoachHub’s profile on the French market and position the company as the benchmark expert in professional training and coaching. 

The communication strategy and actions implemented by Ballou during the campaign helped to establish CoachHub as a key player in the French employee training market.

The Campaign

The campaign was boosted by a wide range of announcements, fund-raising, appointments, acquisitions and studies, as well as the pandemic, which put the spotlight on well-being in the workplace and employee training to make up for the shortage of manpower.

During the campaign, Ballou secured interviews and articles from its core target media, including the generalist, HR/Management and tech press such as Le Figaro, JDN, BFM Business, Les Echos, Rhmatin, FocusRH and Entreprise & Carrières, as well as the IT, communication and finance verticals such as Alliancy, Stratégies and Bourse direct.

Focus – Company takeover announcement

In 2021, CoachHub has acquired its French counterpart MooveOne. This corporate announcement strengthens CoachHub’s leadership in France.   Against this backdrop, Ballou assisted CoachHub with this high added-value communication project: 

The agency was responsible for drafting the press release and validating it with stakeholders. 

After sending out an embargoed pitch, the agency secured 5 preview interviews with Alliancy, RHmatin, BFM Business and Decideurs magazine, DemainTV, etc.

Following distribution of the press release, nearly 21 articles or mentions appeared in the start-up, innovation, HR and business media.
