The Objective

Treatwell called on the expertise of Ballou France to position the British company as the essential app for booking treatments in beauty salons. The challenges of Treatwell, in terms of awareness, were twofold: to make beauty professionals aware of the advantages of the B2B SaaS solution to facilitate bookings, and to promote the benefits of the app to consumers (booking in a few clicks, at the last minute, etc.).

The Campaign

Thanks to customer surveys and trends analysis gathered from partners and informal meetings with journalists, the Ballou team has succeeded in positioning Treatwell as a true beauty and well-being expert. Alongside a sustained PR campaign, Ballou has established collaborations with influencers to encourage new users to download Treatwell app.

The Results

Ballou's communications strategy and actions have resulted in a significant increase in Treatwell's visibility in the media. The average number of articles published every month has more than doubled. Lifestyle journalists got the reflex to call us directly to get trends from Treatwell.
